Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is
deemed acceptance of these terms.
All rates are quoted per room per night and are inclusive of Full Guernsey Breakfast.
(Prices are charged in accordance with the current hotel tariff in pounds GPB and no responsibility is taken for prices published by publications outside of our control)
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. No charges will be made unless
specified or in the event of failure to comply with our cancellation policy.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Maestro.
Cheques cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
Arrivals and Departures
Check in is from 2pm, earlier check-ins may be possible, but cannot be guaranteed.
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11am.
Cancellations Policy for 1-2 night stay: You may cancel up to 48 hours prior without charge (unless the booking is an advance purchase rate booking). If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival you will be charged the full amount due.
Cancellations Policy for a stay of 3 nights or more:
3 to 8 weeks – 20% of total cost of reservation
1 to 2 weeks – 50% of total cost of reservation
1 week to day of arrival – 75% of total cost of reservation
Day of arrival or later – 100% of total cost of reservation
Air and Ferry services are occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions. In such
instances the cancellation charges outlined above still apply. Clients are therefore strongly
advised to consider taking out a holiday insurance, which would protect against cancellation
including illness cover) and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 years sharing accommodation with 2
adults on an extra bed are charged at £35.00 per night. Children under 2 years, free of charge. Cots and Highchairs are available free of charge. Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult
All room types and requests booked on-line will be honoured wherever possible. In case
of changes/modifications a notification will be sent as soon as possible after booking
confirmation occurs. Whilst care is taken to provide secure conditions, clients are strongly advised to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their property and attention is drawn to the notice
limiting the Hotel’s liability and which are found in the reception area.
