The Pickled Pig

is our ‘Gastro Pub’ situated on the ground floor of the hotel building.

There is a quirky and intimate feel to the pub which offers a varied menu full of home-made dishes including favourites such as; Beer Battered Fish & Chips, 100% Guernsey Beef Burger, Rib-Eye Steak, Chicken Jalfrezi, and local Seafood etc.

To compliment the food there is a carefully chosen wine list with as many as 12 options served by the glass. Local real ales and craft beers are available.

Al fresco wining and dining is on offer in our courtyard beer garden during those lovely warm Guernsey summer days and nights.
