Terms & Conditions

Please read the following terms & conditions carefully. Confirmation of a booking is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Prices

All rates are quoted per room per night. Extra breakfast charges may apply.

(Prices are charged in pounds (GPB) and no responsibility is taken for prices published outside of our control)

Credit Cards

Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking. Kindly note that your card may be pre-authorised at any time ahead of your booking and will be charged in full once in the cancellation periods detailed below. We strongly advise guests to book with a credit card as pre-authorisations may affect debit accounts in a different way.

Please ensure you book with the card you wish to pay with.

We accept Visa & Mastercard Credit & Debit.

Cheques cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

Arrivals and Departures

Check in is from 3pm, earlier check-ins may be possible by prior arrangement.

Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11am. Late check outs may be possible by prior arrangement.

Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange inbound taxi transfers.

Parcels & post addressed to the hotel will not be accepted prior to arrival or unless prior arrangements have been made.

Cancellations Policy:

You may cancel up to 48 hours prior without charge (unless the booking is an advance purchase rate booking). Kindly note that your card may be pre-authorised ahead of this time and will be charged in full once in the cancellation period.

Our cancellation policy for extended stays and group bookings are different, please contact the hotel directly if you require any clarification.

Insurance

Air and Ferry services are occasionally affected by adverse weather conditions. In such instances the cancellation charges outlined above still apply. Clients are therefore strongly advised to consider taking out a travel insurance, which would protect against cancellation including illness cover and loss of baggage, personal effects and money.

Children’s Rates

Children between the ages of 2 and 12 years sharing accommodation, on an extra bed, are charged at £35.00 per night.

Cots and Highchairs are available free of charge. Children under the age of 18 yrs must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Kindly note that all guests must be sleeping in an allocated bed, extra guests not notified to us will be in contravention of our insurance regulations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All room types and requests booked on-line will be honoured wherever possible. In case of changes/modifications a notification will be sent as soon as possible after booking confirmation occurs. Whilst care is taken to provide secure conditions, clients are strongly advised to take all reasonable precautions to safeguard their property and attention is drawn to the notice limiting the Hotel’s liability and which are found in the reception area.

Rooms are let on trust that they will be left in the same condition as found. Any damages to furniture, linen or fixtures however caused will be charged to your card on file, this may include any time that the room cannot be sold due to guest negligence.
